In 2014, someone challenged Victoria LK Williams to write a book — and let's just say she never backs down from a good mystery. What began as a friendly dare turned into a full-blown love affair with cozy mysteries, tropical settings, and characters who feel like old friends.
After 42 years in Florida, Victoria is practically a native — and it shows in every sun-soaked page she writes. She knows the smell of the ocean after a summer storm, the way the light hits the water at golden hour, and the fact that Florida has never had a shortage of quirky characters, colorful personalities, or people with a very interesting past. Lucky for her readers, they all end up in her books. Victoria brings a little something extra to every story: a touch of the paranormal, a whisper of romance, and always, always a beloved pet or two stealing the spotlight.
